The room was exquisite with a large complimentary prosecco. The breakfast was super and enjoyable, a great way to start the day. The hotel's central location makes it a useful base for discovering Florence. The area is wonderful.

Although remarkably well located, the hotel is distinguished by its... its discretion and is therefore quite difficult to find. Only a brass plate indicates the entrance.

The property was first-rate. Incredibly helpful staff who met our every request. We were upgraded to a very well-decorated guest room on level 5.
